Guarantee:

As your stylist, I want you to be 100% happy with your results and your overall experience. It is important to me that I communicate the most realistic approach to achieve your hair goals. If you are not happy with your experience, I am happy to make adjustments, within reason.

Limitations to Correction Services:

  • Absolutely NO REFUNDS. I am more than happy to make necessary adjustments to your color. Hair services are a collaborative experience and I strive to learn together to get you to the hair you deserve.

  • Adjustments must be requested within 7 days of service(s) provided and performed within 10 days of service(s) provided.

  • You will no longer qualify for an adjustment if you or another stylist makes changes to the hair.

  • In order to qualify for a correction service, you must invest in recommended retail products.

  • I cannot guarantee your hair color if products are purchased from other retailers or salons.

Correction service fee is $15 per bowl of color, lightener, or toner needed.

*If you have any at home color in your hair you will not qualify for a correction service if desired outcome is not achieved in first sitting. This will be discussed in your consultation before beginning the service*

POLICIES

Cancellations

If you have to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment, please do so at least 48 Hours in advance. If you cancel within 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service scheduled. If canceling 12 hours or less before the appointment time, this will be marked under no show policy listed below.

Late Appointments

Please come to your scheduled appointment on time with CLEAN, DRY HAIR. If you are running late, please update me on your new arrival time. There will be a grace period of 15 minutes for late arrivals. After 15 minutes the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled, and will be charged under No Show Policy.

No Show Appointments

In the case of a no show you will be charged 100% of your missed appointment and will be required to pay a 50% deposit before booking your next appointment. No shows will run the risk of me no longer providing or booking for your services.
